are bought Youtube views working safely today?

Hi, everyone. I have been out of Youtube for more than 2 years. Now that I want to come back I have been reading a lot of threads in these section to update myself about how things are working nowadays..
I would like to ask, after the big recent update, how're things going today? many thread about that issue stopped the activity and not new answers. so I would like to be sure whether things are working safely or not.
If you have any recommendation about what provider is working the best or any warning to keep my channel safe, I will appreciate it.

I bought views 2 years ago and things worked very well. Is it risky to buy views nowadays? I wouldn't like to jeopardize my account. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

They are working from time to time,a month back all views got patched except the adwords one ,after a week providers came with a updated views which works ,i use instantsmo ,which works good for me (only for views) for likes i dont think any panels here provides non drop likes which is for affordable price

The better way is to use SEO, and watch your ranking metrics with a fine tooth comb.

what does it mean "the adwords one"? is that a method or you mean I can only trust in adwords campaing, that is paying google for advertise my video?

slow views plus social share, the social shares got me the likes so i didn't have to buy likes.

Good service with Claim Social, however i believe they are not providing views today. Since i just started using them, I am not sure if these a reoccurring thing or not. I need a possible secondary option whenever claim social is not providing.
