Scrapbox YP Scraper Safe Settings No Proxies?

Hello!

I was thinking about purchasing the YP Scraper for Scrapebox but I don't want to purchase anymore proxies, and I don't want to get the 10 I'm using for rank tracking banned. Are there any recommended safe settings for YP that can be used from any IP without risking ban? For example: like the 1 connection/60s delay for Scrapebox's rank tracker.

SB offers you the opportunity to scrape proxies + there are several people on this forum (@proxygo is one) that post free proxies for the community to use.

I would almost rather just go slow then to mess with farming proxies...not to mention I'd have to remove my current paid ones, then farm free ones, then remove those and use the paid ones again for rank tracking. It's just too much of a hassle. If there was a safe method, then maybe I could use the 10 paid proxies I have with YP Scraper?

Even at 60s delay you are likely to get your ips banned. Yellow pages bans fast, but they unban fast too.

Google scraping and yellow pages scraping are not related. So if your 10 ips get banned by yellow pages, it won't affect google scraping at all. I would pop your 10 ips in and go 1 connection, max out proxy retries and then max out the delay.

Are you using mac? If so then your correct in your thinking. If your using windows, then you can run an unlimited number of instances of scrapebox. So all you have to do is just fire up a separate instance for dealing with the public proxies.

Yes. I mean it tracks the ranks in google, yahoo and bing, assuming thats what you want to do.

Yes, cool. However it doesn't track Google map positions right ? (Pack 3 listings).

I mean if it shows up in regular search, its going to count.

If you search

like

cars in detroit and your website shows up in the 3 pack its going to register as being in the list, at whatever point in the search results page that 3 pack and url shows up.

But Im not 100% certain I clearly understand what your asking, can you give an example?

Well, some trackers like serprobot,you can set tracking projects for local map listings as a separate project. Some clients like to be able to see (if they have multiple locations for example) local map listings and keyword listings separated out.

Yes thats not something you can do with scrapebox rank tracker. Its a basic rank tracker for a inexpensive price.
