Instagram - Lost my email and I need confirmation for using my account

Help! I need my e-mail confirmation, but I don´t remember which email I used when registering my instagram account (I used a fake one). What should I do?

When I access from my computer, it appears the secure code window, without any other place to go.

go to instagram and put the phone number verify your email

Did you use your phone number when creating the account? If no, I'm not sure u can get it back unless on the same phone.

Try to use the incognito mode in your web browser and follow the steps of their help center to get access, if you do not have the email they will ask you for the username, email you typed or phone number is in the email troubleshoting section.
