She actually does not have an outside job so I get passive income but she is a super human and makes my life super easy in any area she can have an impact.

Kindle. I only have one book I wrote while testing out a friend's how-to. Crappy topic, copy took 15 minutes to write, basic photo for the cover. Very simple. No promotion. Earns $2 - $3 on autopilot (and makes me wonder why I haven't written more of them!)

Amazon affiliate- haven't created a site or touched them in almost a year. Still brings in between $200-$600 every month.
Another affiliate product that I created a review/discount site for & was in the top 10 of their affiliates thru that site. Not a huge product so the money isn't huge, but I put in ~10/20 hours of work into it originally and maybe 1-2 hours every 6 months. Used to bring in ~$600/month, but have been slowly going down as this product is 3 years old.

Letting out two properties have done so for the past 12 years bought them in a poor area houses cost less than £20,000 each rent is now in the area of £450p.m and £380p.m I pay % of that to the estate agent who guarantee the rent, manage everything for me I hardly think about them. I have little involvement with the houses anymore. Been lucky got long term tenants who are happy.
