Hi, the same problem: This orders 267264, 267335, 267336 and 267337 says "in progress" and has passed hours and don't run yet. The support said: "your orders got stuck" How many hours have to wait for a solution?? This is very annoying. You should be clear and put on your service: "takes 24-48 hours" because isn't and "instant service" anymore...and it's sad because you maybe will reply this late as always.

Your orders has been partially refunded we are so sorry because cheap services of Instagram followers who are less than 0.30$/1K they face some issues sometimes ,a lot of our costumers are ordering on them
