you will need 2 things :
Get the IG private key used in the signature.
SSL unpin (google it) the instagram app.
For both things you will need to have knowledge in ARM reverse engineering (for the phone API).
If you only want the web API (you will need to have both but for a start) you only need to know HTML, javascript and the use of the developper tools.

As others have said, you can get it yourself.
Or just look at the github libraries that have done it for you already
