AdSense is not the only network that can accept you with the low traffic, though if you're only into smart watches 100 visits a day can be enough to make you some $ with amazon affiliate or other affiliate programs

Still, If OP have targeted traffic which are interested in watches then a 24 hour widow is enough

Are those visits unique and organic? If yes, you should generate some small income, but 100 visits per day are too low to expect a serious amount of money. My blog has a few thousand visits per month, and it only makes several bucks for that period. But with 100.000 visits, I would make much more. So try to develop your site, add interesting and engaging content, and new people will eventually come. Then, you will have more visits and a higher income.

I know this is a bit of a joke but I use famous people on some of my sites to sell (of course they have no idea who I am) and it works for churn and burn sites but eventually you may end up with a C&D.

While Coming to Monetization part, I would recommend to try AdSense for Brand New Blog which is having quiet decent Traffic.
You Can simply Enable AdSense if your Blog is Qualified for AdSense. After enable adsense You can easily earn money.

First thing you should consider doing is to harness the power of those 100 visits per day. Always remember, you should never ever target money at first. You need to stress on making those visitors comeback for more. You need to collect the data of those visitors. That is real money.

You should add social tools to your website where people will subscribe. You should also build email list. Consider me as your visitor. If you want me to get notified and notice forget about your blog, you need two capture my details. So you can target me in future. You don't want 1 time visitors. You need them to come back for more.

Odds are you won't get sued but eventually your site will get shut down which is why I only do that for churn and burn sites.

You shouldn't do that for a client... Doing it for yourself is in the gray zone but doing it for someone else is red zone for sure.
