I am a customer of FW for many years, and what you have experienced is unfortunately what I have experienced as well but it isn't only FW panel that is doing this. It is the actual supplier that the panels are all connected to which is marking orders as "completed" even though they did not add any followers. Unfortunately FollowWiz are too dumb to understand this and they will say that your orders lost all of the followers which is obviously a scam because no followers were ever added. Your best bet is to find other sources but right now there is no such source for Twitter Followers or Youtube Views

You could use socialblade to analyze your socials as proof that services were not provided. Hope that helps
