What's Up Guys I would to get your take on this, internet marketing and entrepreneurship is all about putting many hours hard work day after day especially in the beggining of some project eventually one day you'll get tired and when the results are slow the pressure frows more how do you guys deal with to get that energy back and continue what you started ?

i sleep to get my power back than i get back to work lol

Hello, @sDem
I find it's important to keep yourself motivated. Keep your eye on the prize, so to say. Yes, some days the prize seems really far away, but you can't lose focus. I just think about the end game. It's also a good idea to take breaks, or just distance yourself from your work for a little bit. Do something else, or just think about something else for a while, and come back with a fresh mind.

And you are GTG

Hitting the gym 6x a week, 2 - 2.5 hours per workout gives me all the energy I need...

..that and the white Monster energy drinks <3

I usually take a day off by going out to a bar with some friends over the weekend and get wasted. I chill out the next day, get a good nights sleep, and then I come back into work with a fresh mind.

No.

Don't confuse activity with work. Work is what moves you closer to your objective. Activity is something you do that you consider part of the business and you say to yourself that "I had to do that" but doesn't really move you closer to your goal.

If you spend time on actual work and minimize useless activity, 8 hours is more than enough. It's not how much you sleep, it's what you do when you're awake that matters (this last sentence isn't mine, but it's so true that I unabashedly stole it :P ).

Clean up your daily schedule to focus on the thing that matter the most, de-prioritize everything else.

I drink lots of water to stay hydrated + throw in a powernap every now and then.
Takes some time to get into powernapping though, it takes a lot of self-discipline to get up after a quick nap.

Just take a short nap and get back to work.. Even after taking 3-4 hours of sleep will power you back to work and mind, more faster. If you work continuously may be some ideas will not come up and when you take a sleep in that time you'll get the solution too.

I take regular breaks and if I get too tired then I just stop for the day. I always try to have all my projects well organised with notes on progress, a list of tasks and all the associated information in one place - that way I don't have to stress over getting a project finished when I am tired - I can just drop everything then pick up exactly where I left off the next day. Taking that one step further I find it helps breaking projects up into modules as well, and having a task list for each module, that way the project doesnt get overwhelming and once again you dont have to stress over completing a larger chunk than you can manage in a day.

Like you said, when you get tired you become less productive so i think its better stopping earlier and working again at full steam the next day, than it is trying to cram X number of hours work into each day.

I slip into my bed and sleep. You need 8 hours of sleep per day no matter whether you are Steve Jobs or the common man. If you don't do it, you push yourself to the edge. Some people like to do it, but I have have seen a few of them dead already.. RIP (oh, the irony).

When I get really tired I take a real relax, get some coke, some girls, I rent AIRbnb some penthouse for 2 nights and just party hard, do lines, fuck bitches, smoke weed and do other retarded stuff. Then im back to hustle mode. works every time
