What Do You Do When You Are Tired !!!!

Go 1 time per day to gym its give extra enery and walk alone in park walking not only relaxing but give more ideas

Listen to some chill music, hit up some old clients and ask them what's up with their life, play on the ps4, and have a smoke or two. I find cooking to be the most stress-busting activity ever. Everything, from slowly chopping the meat/vegetables, gathering the spices, preparing the dish on a slow flame, and finally garnishing the dish on a plate-- everything about the process is incredibly soothing to my senses.

Of course, I don't cook everyday, or else that would've also become a monotonous day job :D

I always make sure i go out on sundays. Personally, it helps to totally forget about the work for an entire day at least once a week. It's important to spend time with real people at least once a week. It will give you a fresh new perspective and even inspiration ideas from things you least expect. Most of all, love what you do. Pursue your passion with so much intensity yet don't let it consume you. Keep the balance!

I go for a swim everyday, often 3 or 4 times a day in this heat.

Gives me downtime from working, gives me time to think and it revives me.

I think that the most important thing is not to become too lazy. Because then a huge amount of work will be piled on you, and you hardly need it. We need to somehow rejoice ourselves after another piece of work done.

If you REALLY want to optimize your life,

- Go to you the gym daily (having an active life gives you more energy)
- Eat healthily
- Drink LOTS of water
- Have a good sleeping schedule
- Coffee helps (too much makes you crash)
- Socializing gives you energy. Don't just be stuck 24/7 on the computer
- Take breaks
- Listen to good music (I personally like to mix it, but generally uplifting music helps)

7/8 still tired

edit: Ok no daily gym but 4-5 times a week. If you can go 7 times a week you're either roiding or not really training. If anything, the gym makes me more tired.

I take regular breaks and if I get too tired then I just stop for the day. I always try to have all my projects well organised with notes on progress, a list of tasks and all the associated information in one place - that way I don't have to stress over getting a project finished when I am tired - I can just drop everything then pick up exactly where I left off the next day. Taking that one step further I find it helps breaking projects up into modules as well, and having a task list for each module, that way the project doesnt get overwhelming and once again you dont have to stress over completing a larger chunk than you can manage in a day.

Like you said, when you get tired you become less productive so i think its better stopping earlier and working again at full steam the next day, than it is trying to cram X number of hours work into each day.
What kind of tool(s)are you using to organise everything?

For projects I use windows folders and notepad files. No joke!! I have a folder for the project, then i have a file with all the details - what the goal is, any relevant login details and so on, then i have a tasks file with a list of all the tasks that need to be completed and i have those tasks separated into modules if its a big project, then i have an accounts file with details of pricing, outsourcing agreements etc. Then I keep those project folders in dropbox so they are always backed up and available from anywhere.

Thats just for projects I am currently working on, once they are completed and archived the actual data (for example websites, login details etc) is stored in a CRM database for much better organisation. But for the projects themselves, I have never found any other system that works better for me personally (And I have tried basecamp and various other project management tools but I just found they had too much fluff).

I am preparing for my first marathon ( four months left) So, I do activities such as swimming, gym, running, or anything that can help me be a better runner.

Also. I have started using Instagram lately to document my running journey. So, it kills a bit of boredom too.

Thanks a lot for this! Kind of tricky to get track of everything at the beginning, will try this out!:)

You take a break, even if you need a full month. Better to return in full force later than to be stuck in a burned out state.

The human body is not a machine. It doesn't refreshes with the reboot button. The best way to remove tiredness is by taking a small nap. Taking a nap refreshes the mind, body and the soul. I know that it is hard to find time for a nap but you will only enjoy life if you have your health.

Play some Video Games..Watch some non-sense videos on YouTube which makes me bore enough to make my real work interesting ^_^
