Fiverr just bought me a 40 acre ranch!

Finally got a chance to go out there again over the weekend. Took some pictures and videos although it does not look like much right now as its raw land. just signed the contract and paid the earnest money so I should now be closing on or around the 29th.

We did see two different groups of deer on it, three in the north west corner that took off and about 10 in the south east corner just chilling, they just waited until we got back in the car and then took off. You literally cannot walk anywhere without trying to avoid all the deer skat everywhere. There is a very well defined game train going diagonally through the property as well. A soon as I get the pics and videos off my phone I'll put some up, I didn't get chance to take many, we were busy walking around it trying to find the spot with the best signal and find an opening in the trees where we can put an RV and set up satellite internet. I would put up the google earth coordinates but for obvious reasons I don't think I will be doing that lol.

I see a pair of ATVs in your future, a few horses, maybe some goats and pigs... my wife would love that property of yours!

That all sounds great. Definitely a bunch of animals of all kinds, some ATV's and a bunch of vintage canned hams and bell tents. Next time you are heading through AZ or visiting the canyon you should both stop by for a visit.

Googled out of interest, and it shows plenty of lots of 40+ acres between that range.
Anyway - build a nice rancho there :)!

They must be located in the grassland parts, there is some crap land out there that is basically volcanic cinders with grass growing on them. no water no vegetation, just rock and crap grass. Its so windy out there if you dont have any cover you and your top soil will blow away. A lot of it is landlocked too hence the insanely low price, most of those pieces have probably been up for sale for years, no one wants them. There are a ton of pieces north of Valle that have some potential around the $30k mark. I must admit though I have not seen many pieces for 10k, I think I saw one for 15k which again was utter shit. it's normally 10 acre plots for that much and still not in the best locations. A lot of the land was homesteaded so people out there got the land for free and passed it down the family, but no one ever can or wants to do anything with it so they stick it on Zillow for a few grand.

There are for sure some gems still out there though for cheap. it took us a year to find this one.

The next time would be the first time and if we head out that way (I have family in Scottsdale so that would be a good excuse)... I appreciate the invite and will take you up on it should we head west.

Congrats!

By the way, how much does Fiverr pay per CPA? is it a percentage or a flat rate? Their site doesn't say.

Thank you. Here is the payout list. It's a flat fee based on the category the gig is in. If you direct traffic to a specific gig, namely one you control and can offer a good service for cheap it really helps generate about a dozen sales a day sales. the average earnings I am getting from the affiliate program has been $320 a day over the last 30 days, consisting of 5 really high volume days, the days in between have been me dealing with the orders and I have had nearly 3k from those over the month too. I need to buy a decent RV so I have actually been doing some work for a change. I just wish I had found this method sooner. I'm literally averaging $1.32 a click to my fiverr links! A CLICK!

Are these NEW people you refer or do they have to be FIRST TIME BUYERS?

Do you link to a specific category link with your affiliate code?

Congratulations, it's making me motivated seeing people like yourself succeed :), Thanks.

They have to be a new first time buyer in order for you to get paid the affiliate commission. I would say it's roughly 50% - 70% new users in the demographic I am promoting it to right now. I link to a specific gigs as opposed to a category and that way I can write better copy promoting it and get a much better conversion on the clicks. If you provide the gig yourself and can control the quality and value the customers are getting it makes it very easy to convert people. I create a deep link that puts my code in to the tracking link. It then directs them straight to the gig.

So today I put in an offer on a 40 acre plot in northern Arizona. Calling 40 acres a ranch is a stretch but its surprisingly big and is covered in tall trees. One thing I learned while working out rainfall is that its over quarter of a billion square inches. So when people ask me how big my ranch is that's what I'm going to tell them :)

100% paid for with Fiverr affiliate commissions. Assuming they accept the offer, I'm supremely confident they will though. I have been talking at a mile a minute all day I'm so fucking excited! We set a goal to put aside all of our Fiverr affiliate earnings to purchase land. We didn't want to go into debt or borrow any money so we stuck at it and decided we would let it build up until we found the right piece.

I hope this is a quick little motivational boost for some of you building your online businesses. Set goals and stick to them no matter what opportunities present themselves on the way there. I really hope it gets accepted and if it does I'll post some picture as soon as I can.

Congrats! IT was about this time last year when the offer for the house we bought was accepted. It all came from seo. Happy for you!

Now, when are you going to throw the biggest bhw party in history?

Kind of like a burning man but for us!

Nope, I'm too cheap to pay for traffic ;)
