Summary
For the review, I created a new bing ad account and added two of the coupons provided by @Visual Eagle to check if they worked and stacked properly.

Service Highlights

• @Visual Eagle responded quickly and provided in depth,verifiable answers to my queries on the service.
• The coupon added straight onto the new account - I entered the $100 coupon, then added another "spend £20 to get £100" coupon. Even though it's recommended to spend on the account first before adding both coupons, they both showed immediately on the account.

What Could Use Improvement

• Nothing stood out - coupon codes were provided quickly and the seller was happy to answer all questions about the service.

Additional Information

• The coupons are US but I tested them with a UK account and they worked without any issues.

Yes, the payment method has to be added. It can be paypal, prepaid card and some countries I think offer convenience store payments (so I heard).

If you gonna stack it with the other coupon $140 one then you will have to make $25 payment to redeem that one. I had some cases where it activated because I spent more before actually depleting the coupon balance.

Must be a new account (no older than 31 days).

You can use any other (get $xxx when spending $xxx coupon) but only one so choose wisely

You cannot add them all to one account. Its one coupon with spending that can be added and $100 without spending.

I will replace it if it doesnt work (it should). If you provide proof even better.

Yes, of course. Noted in the thread itself that payment needs to be added either prepay or postpay (PP or CC)
