Yes, you can still add my coupon to the account that already got "spend something to get something" coupon. Just make sure its not older than 30 days.

it has to be verified and a working debit card added to it. Bank doesn't have to be but card for sure.

You can stack one $100 (0-Deposit) Coupon and $131 (Deposit $26 Coupon)
but you cannot stack multiple $100 ($0-Deposit) coupons.

Yes, you do need to add a debit card to your account or PP linked with it. Check maybe Meddies thread on BHW?
