TAX on google ads?

I run a dropshipping business and doing google ads for a while now.
I am doing good but the problem is in by account is set up in INDIA and so i am charged 18% gst on ad spent.
Like if i spent $100 on google ads , my account is charged for $118.
As you know dropshipping these days is much competetive, so my actual profits are really less.
Is there a solution to this?

Register a business (LLC.) in Wyoming and create a new ads account with that info. Should be good.

Setup a business and apply for GSTIN. You will get those taxes refunded if your company's income is not taxable.

My question is can we save GSt through VCC, if we got from other country
