Pls, can I get a vps service to install a software (Diabolic traffic bot) as seen from a video lecture from you and how much will it cost me, Pls. Am new to this if you can explain just wanted to increase my blog view and cpm offers impressions. Thanks

Do I have to register a domain before I can get the admin details to login to the vps service before I can run the diabolic traffic bot? And please how much is it? Thanks

I thought I could just pay some money and the login details send to me to enable run the vps with my computer through remote connection

I ordered the Reseller K package yesterday, and I am requesting a full refund today.
At the time I placed my order, the reseller package was said to include both private nameservers and WHMCS. According to your support staff (ticket #951814), neither of these are provided.
When asking for private nameservers, (NS1.myname.com, NS2, etc), the support staff told me to use the IPs directly.
When asking for the WHMCS installation files, I was directed to the WHMCS sales page. Yet your own sales page says this is included:

We have mentioned you have functionality to host whmcs. We have not mentioned we will provide WHMCS for free any where on our website.
Reseller hosting only gets cpanel and WHM panel which is webhost manager provided by cPanel.
WHMCS would cost 18.95 for which can be confirmed from https://www.whmcs.com/pricing/
We can assist you in installation of WHMCS and setting up cron , However products and other configurations needed in whmcs you need handle it.
For private nameservers you need to register the nameservers at domain registrar. The place you have got domain from.

Do you normally post private account information on open internet forums?
Please review the FAQ section I linked above. It does not say that WHMCS is at an additional cost through another provider, the wording implies that it is included with the package.

If I had pointed my domains to your server, they would have shown up on a reverse whois. And as you should be well aware, tying back specific domains to a public forum profile is normally considered a really bad idea...
Note the specific wording, "With reseller web hosting you can...".
Your point would be accurate if it said: "With reseller web hosting and an extra subscription for software not included with this package you can..." But it doesn't say that.
Also, I find it very interesting that you continue ignoring the matter of my refund. I have asked twice in tickets when it will be provided, and the only replies I have received are more excuses...
Since YOU have made the choice to move the conversation out of private tickets and onto the public forum, I am more than happy to continue it here. So for the third time, when should I expect to receive a refund? Please, don't answer with more excuses, don't go trying to answer the other questions that have already been settled, I only want to know when the refund will be issued.
You have already refused to answer this question twice, and I'm starting to wonder if you'll honor your refund policy at all...

Do you have by any chance Windows VPS with RDP connection based in Romania? I want to use it for Adwords - and also I will need to pay by VCC.
