[HELP]Monetize Copyrighted Videos

Hey guys I have a little question for you, I want to upload documentary on youtube of course they are copyrighted, but I see some other guys doing the same thing and they dont have any copyright issue. I even croped and rotated the video but damn youtube find everytime a copyright issue inside, even when I upload the exact same video as an another did I got rejected.

So maybe another here has a nice twist for me.. thanks

You assume it because you see them as small and typical.. You have to ask yourself this; is it possible that they have permission to use the content? I think the right answer would be Yes, As you can't say the don't because you really don't know..

long time ago you can easily edit and monitze those videos but now i am not sure , you are better off creating your won

Sorry but you can't tell me that a small channel who started a few months ago have the rights to use this video from a big tv channel and monetize it like this, ofcourse I am not sure if has the rights or not but I dont think so honestly
