IG reach limits from post removal

hey all,
I've been trying to figure something out recently but haven't really come to a solution so I figure this is probably one of the best places to ask.

In the last month or so I've had two photos removed (I'm in the weed niche so I can't say it's unexpected) for an unclarified reason. I've thought nothing of it as I'm sure it happens all the time with other accounts.

Recently, my reach has gone to shit. I used to get in the 6 figure range for explore page impressions and now I'm only getting a few hundred. I'm using my DM groups as normal and everyone is participating as regular. I've tried posts without using DM groups, still nothing. My reach has been super low throughout the month, however, it is completely trashed right after a post gets removed. Because of this, I think it's pretty clear to conclude that IG removing posts leads to reach drops.

My question is: is there any way to get around them?

Should I just make a new account or will time fix my problems?

After a post is removed you get a shadowban of 2 weeks, limiting reach to your own followers. Just keep patient and keep the account active

Think they kicked you into a shadowban. Change proxy and see if it gets better

There is a few places where you can see if you have been shadowbanned. I’ll leave the account to rest for a few days and then go back to posting and being active normally. Just be patient, I think time will fix your reach if the drop has to do with the posts removal.

i have never seen a difference switching a proxy.

Just let it cool down and don't do crazy amounts of actions.

Quality of proxy matters. I didn't think it was a thing until I tried it.

Would you use a proxy for just one account? I’ve never understood well when should I be using these.

Well yeah..but if it's a good proxy provider then that probably won't help.

If they are using data center proxys . No reason to try.

My account just got banned (I logged in on my phone) and now I can't log in to any other accounts so I'm stuck on my personal, by any chance do you know how to fix this?

Then you won't really get viral results. You can use viral methods with nearly any niche, including food
