I'm looking for advice here. Not sure this is considered black hat but I just want visitors to my site to be able to watch a few mins. of video then require they fill out an opt-in form. The video would then continue or I could send a password. It's a Joomla site if it makes a difference. Any help? I'm thinking it's possible with blackhat codebreaker but that might be overkill for what I need.

Make two videos. Video one is a few minutes video two is the rest of the video. Video one is placed on a page that's got a delayed timer lightbox effect. Visitor comes in and starts to watch the video, in time lightbox gets triggered screen dims out and your auto-responder email collector pops in. On submit visitor is redirected to the page where video two plays the rest of your video.

Ive just finished up a bhcb style script, as part of it it lets you put in a youtube video if you wanted to

oops I guess I posted something bad and it got cenvcored (name of a cpa company), anyway there is a specific cpa network that is setup to basically do this and only this. wowhaxor mentioned them in one of his threads and thats how I found out about them.

Works well, and there's a new version coming out with a WP plugin. 
Don't know if you could adapt it to joomla, but Brad may be able to give you some advice once he's got V3 out the doors.

BHCB does exactly what you stated: you can let visitors start watching your video, and whn it gets interesting (you decide when) the page will lock and they'll have to fill-in a CPA offer (or give you their email address if that's what you want) if they want to continue watching the vid.
BHCB works great with Joomla. No problem at all.

QuickVideoOptin do same stuff, show them any video and you can stop video by entering seconds and show what ever you want to, then video countinues.
