this is what i do i contact the user via PayPal asking for my money back .

dear sir your work did not work i want a full refund thank you .

1 month later

up the dispute for paypal to step in.

dear paypal i have been coned on a service that never worked please help me .

I am also uploading ecerdence on trying my best getting my money back , this is fraud very serious.

2 weeks later cash return.

if they write to defend , i reply.

Just have all the proofs ready for letting the PayPal know about you getting scammed. They handle the case with an ease. You'll get your money if you are right. Always check for reviews before sending money to anyone.

And, don't forget to do the needful. Blacklist the seller here in this forum. It helps the other prospective victims.
