After 6 days i asked you via PM for a refund because no work was done until then and i was not informed that it could take “a bit” longer. Only after i asked for a refund i got a keyword proposal.

Communication is really lacking from your side so i would like to get a refund since you did not start to work on my order when i asked the first time for it.

Your campaign was in its 5th Business day when you asked for a refund. Usually we will propose keywords and domains faster than 5 business days, but in this case there was small delay(still within our guaranteed Sales page period...) because we agreed to research for keywords/domain under the highly competitive niche you requested.

It took you 6 BUSINESS days for the first keyword proposal without prior notice that you are okay with the choosen niche or that you started to research and like a miracle you’ve sent it to me 2-3 hours later after i asked for a refund? Also you state a TAT of 3-7 BUSINESS days and we were on the 6th, how did you plan to complete the full site in 1 day?

Also, whats there to decide if i get a refund or not? Your own FAQ says:

Refund Policy:
No refunds will be provided once sites has been delivered to you.

Was my site delivered? No.
Did you do any work on it? No.

I don’t wanna be rude but this is really frustrating.
