Why you stopped? If you worked at this for six months, or years.. how much could you earn? Plus, there are lots of adult cam affiliate programs with rev share option.

You have better things doing, or maybe you don't like this niche?

Amazing , why you stopped, you method for traffic must be unique. I work with chaturbate for couple of months and get 0-1 signup a day. I have one spender only. I give up and move back to live free fun from crakrevenue. I used to earn more with their revshare.

I spent 1-2 days a month ( I've uploaded 300 videos on xvideos).
When I first started, I dont have much money to invest on proxies. I also did not earn much money in the first 4 months then some big fishes appeared.
My goverment is very strict with porn stuffs that's why it makes me feel scared. I stopped uploading porn on xvideos
I'm still promoting chaturbate But on other flatform like instagram, twitter.. (non-nude).

This is impossible to get so many registrations from 300 videos. I have 200 cam videos uploaded on xvideos and 1 signup per day. Do you post titles in your language or in english? Maybe if porn is illegal in your country that's why you get so many signups.

Nothing is impossible, I know a guy get 200 signs up a day. I have my own twist of course, I can say for sure you can even make thousands of regs with just one videos (it takes time, There's some videos on xvideos hit 60-70 million views).
