You need to be more patient. You said you promote Chaturbate for 1.5 months now and in the first 20 days you didn't get too many regs, so we can say that you promoted it only in the last 3 weeks.
Keep at it for another month at least and the spenders will actually show up, if 80% of your traffic is tier 1 as you said. I have some reservations towards this though, because adult tube traffic is pretty mixed and the tier 1 percentage is usually a (lot) lower than 80%.
Someone said you'll get one spender in every 30 free regs (not right away of course, with time). That sounds about right with mixed traffic (50% tier 1, 50% tier 2-3). With mainly tier 1 traffic you can go below 1:20.
"I saw some guys earn a few hundred dollar with just 25 regs." That's an exception, not the rule. You would need to be extremely lucky to get a big spender with such low amount of registrations.
This is one thing and if what someone said above is true, that you bait people to register and you don't even promote with cam themed videos, that can be a reason too to experience low spending.

That's correct, although if you do that, you don't really promote the revshare program, but the webmaster referral program (where you get 5% of referred affiliate income), so maybe you should expect conversions and spendings there, if some of your referrals start to promote.

Then i was working on Crak before ban , there i saw that my traffic is 90% US , from tube uploads.
On revshare normally spenders starting to spend money after 1-3 months after registration.
Only very small amount is spending money right after registration.

Ok , after my last payment on Crak , 2017 January 15th , i left them with all my traffic and went to revshare of CB.
At 2017 October Crak banned my acc for "fraudelent traffic and leads" - the funny thing is that i did not send traffic to them for months
This is not very sad thing , because i did not had money in that acc.
But in future i plan to send some traffic for PPL.
When i will ready , will try to join Adverten , but i heard this is not easy task , they usually rejects beginners with small amount of traffic and accepts those with high volumes of traffic.
