For the review, @AccManager2009 provided me with the top level accounts he advertises in his OP here.

Service Highlights​

The accounts provided all checked out as he states in the original post and he explained to me how he came to get his hands on them and it sounded plausible as well as legitimate.

He was very forthcoming with all his information as well as some background information and he explained very well how to use the accounts to avoid any kind of straight up ban right away.

Hi, I have google 2014 accounts. These are clean accounts, after they were created nobody entered them. There are google accounts 2015-16 here in some accounts there were different actions, a short time.

Hi, I have different accounts of the world. But basically the accounts come with the US registration. Accounts have never been tied to the phone.
