Quick review - bought Babes account (28k)
Generally a very good account, in fact a large range and engagement of recipients. However, I have to correct a few things - it's not quite like OP says he does not use follow / unfollow
He does not do it on a large scale, but he does. All you need to do is look at IGblade.com statistics after a few days.
The account I have purchased still sometimes follows other users, so let it be a proof. An automation software is definitely used here.
Anyway, I recommend it - the transaction went smoothly and quickly, the account is of good quality and has considerable ranges (between 5-8%). Perhaps in other niches it looks a bit different, I can say so far about the one I bought.

Thanks for the review, the account you bought was obviously grown via follow/unfollow (I never claimed it to be grown via powerlikes). Some of my accounts are grown via a bot via follow/unfollow and I don't claim that they were grown organically. It was just a case that I didn't have any hand grown account in that niche when you asked.
That's why you got a flat $6 per 1k rate for a decent f/u account
