I'm having big problems with the Real Facebook Worldwide likes service.
I know that Fb have done a lots of updates and that the service it's hard to provide, however since it's possible to order it I expect that it will be delivered.

Right now I got 20 order "in progress", the oldest was sent in june 11, no one has get more than a 30% of the likes ordered, many others are never really started.
I got many order dropped by 100% and not refilled yet and many orders put in the last two days are still "processing".

Support always reply with the same copy/paste answer: I've forwarded the orders to our development team and should be resolved within 24 hours, thank you for your patience!
After that nothing happens.

I need to know if those order can be completed or, if not, to be refunded.

This is exactly, what we expirienced. Our company is already buying from instant-fans for over a year and spending 4k+ a month there. However the support isn't really helpful, which absolutely disappoints us. If you are asking a question, they just reply a stupid Copy/Paste Answer. Also the problem doesn't get fixed!

Another big problem currently: all the Instagram Auto Likes here are completely for the trash. We have auto likes running here for thousands of customers and you know what? The likes are arriving hours sometimes never at the posts. We have sent so much tickets about this problem, but still nothing is getting fixed and we are nearly always just receiving stupid Copy/past answers. Sometimes I guess they don't even read the content of the ticket! So currently this is a really bad expirience and I hope to get a detailed and honest answer from these guys soon. And even more important: that they get their *** problems fixed!

I'm getting really pissed at the service of Insta-fans! I got only 14 likes when i ordered 1000 likes! They then canceled my order and refunded to my instafans account but not a complete refund! I am also still waiting for another order to be completed. Insta Fans Admin PLEASE RESPOND....

I get no real answer.. It is starting to be very annoying

Hey guys, I believe you're all old customers and know that we always solve all of your issues, unfortunately though Facebook and Instagram, and Twitter had a ton of updates this week which caused delays in some services, thankfully both services are back now and we've solved all issues relating to new orders. We've refunded all of the old orders with issues but if anyone has a refund request that has not yet been processed please open a ticket and tag me(admin) in it.

I ordered no refill twitter followers, and they like expected dropped but not too much and then today, all followers from all accounts are just GONE.
I mean WTF? It's okay that there is no refill, but what is the point of selling something that all followers will drop and in the same day lol?! And as i can see from posts above, even refill guaranteed are not guaranteed, so what is the point of higher price then? Pissed currently, don't care if there is no refund/refill, i expect it to be SOLVED and REFILLED, drops are normal, but to all followers just disappear is just fishy! Admin, please answer.

Hey there, Twitter updated yesterday and removed lower quality accounts, I would recommend using one of our guaranteed services in the future as the no refill ones sometimes last a year and sometimes 1 day, I see you're a new customer though so I've processed it for a free refill this time

My problem was solved. It took couple of days, but admin solved it.
Just to repeat, i had twitter followers that dropped, literally all of them on couple of twitter accounts at the same time. First, support ignored me for some time, but now i guess regular support can't help me in that situation, i post the message here and after the day, admin responded and started refilling followers(even if those was no refill services, but they still helped me).
Like i said, problem was not solved instantly but after i got in touch with admin, he solved it. I'm not sure, but i saw somewhere here that you can tag admin in support ticket so he can see it, he usually answer next day, it's acceptable!
So if you have some bigger problems that regular support maybe can not solve, write here or tag admin.
Thanks again, i would still recommend this panel over any other.
