I'm having big problems with the Real Facebook Worldwide likes service.
I know that Fb have done a lots of updates and that the service it's hard to provide, however since it's possible to order it I expect that it will be delivered.

Right now I got 20 order "in progress", the oldest was sent in june 11, no one has get more than a 30% of the likes ordered, many others are never really started.
I got many order dropped by 100% and not refilled yet and many orders put in the last two days are still "processing".

Support always reply with the same copy/paste answer: I've forwarded the orders to our development team and should be resolved within 24 hours, thank you for your patience!
After that nothing happens.

I need to know if those order can be completed or, if not, to be refunded.

This is exactly, what we expirienced. Our company is already buying from instant-fans for over a year and spending 4k+ a month there. However the support isn't really helpful, which absolutely disappoints us. If you are asking a question, they just reply a stupid Copy/Paste Answer. Also the problem doesn't get fixed!

Another big problem currently: all the Instagram Auto Likes here are completely for the trash. We have auto likes running here for thousands of customers and you know what? The likes are arriving hours sometimes never at the posts. We have sent so much tickets about this problem, but still nothing is getting fixed and we are nearly always just receiving stupid Copy/past answers. Sometimes I guess they don't even read the content of the ticket! So currently this is a really bad expirience and I hope to get a detailed and honest answer from these guys soon. And even more important: that they get their *** problems fixed!

Service "♛ Instagram Followers - Refill Guaranteed" is suck. I ordered 18000 followers. Order was delivered. After week left only 8000. I asked about refill.
Author answer:
Some clients place orders with us for huge accounts, for example they order 1,000 followers for an account with tens or hundreds of thousands of followers, such accounts are bound to drop at some point due to the large numbers of previously bought followers, and would not be eligible for refill.

Not recommend this service.

I'm getting really pissed at the service of Insta-fans! I got only 14 likes when i ordered 1000 likes! They then canceled my order and refunded to my instafans account but not a complete refund! I am also still waiting for another order to be completed. Insta Fans Admin PLEASE RESPOND....

I (partially) solved the autolike problem developing an internal platform for the IG last post scraping: I've noticed that when I put a manual order for a single post like service in this kind of panel, the activation it's faster, so my panel scrape the last IG post of my customer then send the link to the panel creating a single order, this also reduce the times when the link is not "seen" by the provider system and reduce our cost.

I ordered no refill twitter followers, and they like expected dropped but not too much and then today, all followers from all accounts are just GONE.
I mean WTF? It's okay that there is no refill, but what is the point of selling something that all followers will drop and in the same day lol?! And as i can see from posts above, even refill guaranteed are not guaranteed, so what is the point of higher price then? Pissed currently, don't care if there is no refund/refill, i expect it to be SOLVED and REFILLED, drops are normal, but to all followers just disappear is just fishy! Admin, please answer.
