I used Steven & his team to create a logo. Excellent job, the logo is exactly what I envisioned it to be after sending him a few pictures to go off of. I had a bunch of revisions but everytime he got it closer and closer to the final logo. I talked to him on Skype and responds quickly. He services are legit, customer service is good, and its high quality he was flexible with the revisions, I'd recommend him anyday. I'll be doing more graphics with his team since he delivers! Review time:

It is not the first time we are working together, I did not have any issues with previous orders.

This time, I have ordered site design and coding with custom functionality.

Result: Site is done on good standard, the functionality works as requested.

Other than this and the fact that Steve is a good guy, nothing positive about working process.

TAT - was too long, Customer Care (catch me if you can), many changes required (Good point out that he is never refused to do them).

I am confused:

From one side, work he did is good, he knows what he is doing.

Will I order again? hmmm, I will think twice.

Starting a new out-of-the-box special coding project with Steven. Sounds like a geniune guy by the advises he offered. So did not look further for another dev.

Quite bad experience here.
We wanted to talk about our project, but the convo got quickly to prices, and expensive prices for quite simple website.
We wanted to have a good talk before it, so it started badly.
Then, we receive some other proposals from other good workers from BHW, and wanted to put them one against other, by being completly transparent, saying : this one, is giving us such work, and things done, for this price, what are you including that is worth your price ?

And then the convo started being quite horrible, saying that we should hire bad indians that doesnt do quality work, that we are in 2018, and still giving the money to them bla bla. anyway.
Just wanted to say that its not because they are indian, but if they are here, doing some good stuff, trying to market their self with more strenght than already "high price" people, by helping and explaining things to the cusotmer instead of arguing, that we should treat other ppl like that.

Ordered a logo from Steven and the result was great, he provided the pictures quite quickly (please note he did the work on the weekend).

Great communication on Skype and wonderful logo received, I didn't provide that many requirements but he was able to create something nice.
