"we currently cannot register this phone number" Twitter

a greeting friends of BHW ,I would like to know if anyone has received this same error "we currently cannot register this phone number" and it has been fixed | I use Google Voice phone numbers | but I have been trying to create an account for days and it says this | I unlinked it from the account | I tried to use it and it gives me this message

I have this problem with several phone number provides as well. I am pretty sure the problem is caused by the provider itself. For some of my twitter accounts i use my own sim cards which always work. And for some of my twitter accounts i use smspva which sometimes works. So i suggest you use a different phone number provider rather than Google Voice because this a common problem with certain phone number providers.

Try a different GV number (from a different provider). With a few numbers i experienced that the verification SMS/call simply don't come, while most of the GV numbers worked just fine. Maybe the number is maxed out and added to the maximum allowed Twitter accounts already, however i think that would throw up a different error message.
