Ownership of the subreddit is transferred to your Reddit account. Age of your account which is to become moderator will not affect your subreddit whatsoever.

This is not an issue if you are moderator of the sub, as submissions from banned domains aren't blocked reddit-wide, but rather automatically put into a moderation queue with a spam tag. As sole moderator you're able to 'manually override' the ban and make the submission live in your subreddit.

As far as SERP movement, have received reports from a number of my clients that the links have caused some serious movement on their KWs.
