It’s hard to run AV these days as they’ve been so heavily run pretty much everywhere. You would need to find a very good angle as all the common ones (red error page/Google warning/Android error) have been well and truly used.
I’m not really running pops much now other than an occasional casino campaign.

when it comes to pop traffic no need to clock, it's all legal there.
affiliates clock only with strict traffic sources like facebook,adwords .

Mobile offers, usa, payout 0,5-1$ per install. I spent 100$ on popup traffic and did not earn a single penny!!!

that depends on the advertiser of course, but that doesn't matter that much cus all the visitors will convert ar the same time, if they didn't convert you will not see them anyways.
am using bemob atm they have a free plan.
in my opinion the tracker doesn't matter you use what ever you like, just make sure it's cloud hosted, lie voluum, adsbradge, bemob, ... etc.
