No big deal just create another one before it gets banned, you can even use the same phone number you used for the first one.

Depends on what you mean by ban. If it's spam related, you're going to get your Google account suspended, though you can usually appeal. If it's something like copyright strikes, your Google account will be fine.

Either way, wouldn't recommend using an important email account for anything shady.

Yes, they can ban both of them. One of my test account was banned recently everywhere (YT, G, G+ etc).

all depends on what are you doing, it can start with a video strike, ban of a service inside the account (like the livestream service) or the entire youtube service, or the whole google account include ALL their services,
better always set a seperate machine (VPS) for all the BH games

i think you can find here a lot of guides about it, most providers rent a basic VM for $15-$20, it's easy to use, like your own windows machine

If you're using your email address against their rules It is really possible your account get banned or block by google.
