Any seo tool for backlinking is still effective for Tier 2 and 3 but only if you know how to use it properly.
If someone wants to put up a tutorial that's fine, but paid mentoring isn't permitted just to remind you.

Haven't used RankerX for a while, but it was pretty good for creating all tiers so long as you manually went over your Tier 1's after and made them look legit.
RankerX support is probably the worst I've ever encountered. So if the software doesn't do what you need it to out of the box or there's a bug, you're pretty much on your own. Which is crazy given the monthly fee / number of users, the guy on Sykpe truly doesn't seem to give two sh*ts whether he gets your money or not... so he lost my business and that of my clients. $1000's lost every year because he couldn't be bothered to respond or hire anyone take care of customer support. Very odd putting so much time, money and effort into the product and ZERO into support. Although finding an alternative that takes care of the creation as quickly / effectively has been a challenge.

Have you ever ranked a website before for a competitive term ? I'm asking this because I notice that most people asking this type of questions have no idea how to rank a website, if you don't know the foundation of SEO there is no tool in the world that will rank your website, RankerX is just a tool, if you give a hammer to a carpenter he will build a house, if you give a hammer to a child they might kill himself.
If you don't know SEO you are going to accept anything as a good answer, such as "don't use tools for tier 1", a tool like RankerX will do what you want it to do, there is absolutely NO DIFFERENCE from a web2.0 created manually or created with a tool, like I said in the first sentence, you are not going to rank with RankerX not because of the tool itself, but because based on your replies so far you might not understand SEO enough if you are asking this type of question.

Ranker X works perfectly for building what it says.
It doesn't promise SEO boost so top approaching it that way, it will just help you create the sites it advertises.

Just browse through SEO section, there are many valuable threads here.
In very simple terms, Tier 1 is links directly pointing to your websites
Tier 2 and 3 are mostly pointing towards your Tier 1 links, so they don't hurt your website or pass link juice directly. They pass link juice to Tier 1 link and those pass it onto your website.

What happens if I try with Tier 1 guys I’M SCARED...!! Yea, because a TF50 niche relevant forum profile link is bad as Tier 1. Keep believing that.
You can still use GSA as Tier 1 (in addition to PBN), you just have to be *really* smart about it. You can’t blast stuff like it’s 2011-2012.
