So, in a discussions about wether powerlikes still work or not, in trying to prove they still do, he posts a link to this post (https://www.instagram.com/p/BjNM-tQHzr9/) and claims he reached the explore page and hashtags thanks to powerlikes.

He then posts this screenshot of the analytics as "proof":

These analytics display every possible red flag (95%+ non followers reach, incredibly high number from explore, much higher explore reach than hashtags reach, etc)

He then plays dumb and claims that you cannot buy impressions from explore when being called out (just lol)

So my question is, if he didnt buy impressions (just lol @ anyone that believes he didnt) how can he possibly only get 15k views on a post that reached over 20k unique accounts? How is the discrepancy between explore/hashtags view so big if he did not buy said impressions? (check your old analytics, there was never such huge difference, if you made it on both you had similar views on both)


EDIT: he now claims the real views are 700k but instagram only shows 15k... nevermind the fact that only a maximum of 5 views per unique user are counted so even if all the 20k accounts he reached watched it a million times each he'd only get a maximum of 100k views... Cant even keep the story straight

Likes have been bought... its called POWER LIKES. The whole intention of the test was to buy artificial likes (not bot likes tho).

So OP thinks the impressions have been bought too (or only the impressions, he seems really confused, so its hard to know what he means).

We can be thankful, that OP offered to spend 70$ on a test on his own so we can compare the ratios between the different impression sources in the business insights.

EDIT: he now claims the real views are 700k but instagram only shows 15k... nevermind the fact that only a maximum of 5 views per unique user are counted so even if all the 20k accounts he reached watched it a million times each he'd only get a maximum of 100k views... Cant even keep the story straight

How do you not see there is a reason why he is literally the only one crusading for powerlikes efficiency, whereas dozens upon dozens of people have provided proof that they do not work anymore?

The problem is your binary attitude. You see it as 1 or 0. Even if only 1 out of 10000 users have success with powerlikes, its still 1. You never argued about their efficiency. You argued in a binary way.

And the reason why I am actually arguing with you on an Internet Board is because I do not want you to scare people off to go their own way. Testing and evolving makes IM work, not your binary attitude.
