CPA Landing Page - Questions

So, I am trying to get into the CPA game. I am going with OGads.

I want some help from you guys.

I want to host my own landing page and but question is should i get a normal Hosting hosting or try some hosting who ignores DMCA reports!

Please let me know which hosting is good for CPA landing pages. As my niche is blackhat, i don't want to get into trouble!
