Landing Page, Pre-lander.....wut ?

So I have been researching but I can't quite get some things. So I decided to ask.

What is the difference between a landing page and a pre-lander ?
If I link to the directly(from social media) to the product page I will get banned but will I get banned if I link to a landing page(my website) ? If yes how do I use a pre-lander ?

Well.. basically.. landing page is the usually the "destination" page.. and pre-lander is used as a buffer in-between.. social media page and landing page. Social media sites don't like affiliate links and if your landing page is blacklisted then you are banned/ghosted/your link is shown with a warning in social media page.

That's why you create a pre-lander.. it acts as a buffer so that the social media crawling bots don't ban/black your accs.

User Clicks -> Pre-Lander(Clean website, no blacklisted - trigger words) -> User Clicks Again -> Your Landing Page
