I've seen a myriad of sellers with Jr VIP selling their services, do I need to be Jr VIP before I can sell my service in BHW?

Sorry, I think you are already ineligible from the way you disregarded reading..
Jr. VIP etc. do have stricter rules than a general member like Commoner. If simple things like reading is difficult, then being one should be equalky challenging.
On a bright note, thanks for asking though.. some folks forced their way as if the world owes them 10 years of Jr. Vip....

You need Jr.VIP or a market place seller account.
And additionally to that, for every marketplace thread you have to pay a $30 fee.
