shopify + dropshipping question

hello, i'm trying to get into the dropshipping method but i have a question/doubt.

i will use shopify with the oberlo app, i saw a tutorial last night that said the oberlo app will purchase the product from the seller on aliexpress portal, that i only need to confirm the purchase, my question is simple:

* the purchase will be made with the money that the customer has payed on my shopify store or i need to put my credit card or my own pay method to make the purchase ?

The order will be placed using your credit cardor the payment method you use

You place the order with your credit card, after the customer has ordered through you. Oberlo will import the customer details from Shopify to Aliexpress and then you pay. Aliexpress shipper then ships the order to the customer.

Yes you can. For Payoneer it won't be direct but using a payment gateway that support them (Stripe / 2 Co)

i though that shopify has it's own payment gateway to accept credit cards, that is the main reason why i'm choosing a shopify store over woocommerce to avoid the registration on a payment gateway portal.

WooCommerce + WordPress is much cheaper, easier and you can tie it directly to PayPal to take credit cards, the fee is also less than Shopify.

I haven't found a way to auto pay the supplier but I wouldn't do that anyway ... I always want to take the 5 minutes to review each order.

i tried to use paypal in the past with woocommerce, but i remmeber that only worked with express chekout buttons (i was using a business account), can't made it to work with the normal checkout buttons.

any advice on any payment gateway to use with woocommerce, besides paypal?

Strange, Ive used PayPal and WooCommerce for everything, standard and business accounts, products, subscriptions ... never had an issue. Just put in you API info and youre good.

you still need a payment merchant even if you use shopify. shopify does have their merchant but again you need to apply for it too since its provided to them by stripe.

I see that you are also using WooCommerce to dropship

Would you mind if I asked you what plugins you are using in your shop that help with automating functions in your shop. Ex would be any email marketing plugin etcc.
