I tried that before but i failed so I will try another niche until I find the Winner

Most of them would come with no copyright issues as they're too generic in nature and hardly you would find claiming them but in rare case you may find copyright issues, but you can always put a disclaimer in videos and in caption that you don't own the videos, they are collected through various online sources and are only sharing them. You can also provide a contact info where people can report the video.
