bad customer support. ordered twitter followers (5131081) and marked as completed even though there was no increase. open support, at the start they said

"I’ve sent the orders to their provider for a refill.
Please allow some time for the provider to complete the request.
Your patience is greatly appreciated. "

after 24 hours, no increase. replied to support and suddenly they start saying that this is a no refill for this service.

It's not a matter of refill or not, it's a matter of actually delivering the order. I paid for something and it was marked as completed with no delivery happening.

I requested for a refund to panel, and all they can say is, no refund.

Agreed, bad customer support. More than one week passed and they failed to refill youtube views, just giving excuses like old drops and you probably used another panel.
