Hi everyone,
I am on an affiliate site but to request payment you must send proof of identity such as your identity card.
Is it dangerous to create a fake identity card with an app and ask for payment by paypal or wire with on the affiliate site because I am still a minor and I want to be anonymous on the internet...

Define dangerous please.

If you meant if it is a criminal offense, then it depends on whom you are providing the document to. In your case, I guess it will be against the terms but not a criminal offense... but I might be wrong.

So if i submit a fake ID to the affiliate platform, I risk nothing more than closing my account?

Yepp that's probably what is gonna happen. It can be tricky though. If the company is registered in the same country you are in, nothing stops them from going to the law enforcement and cry that you cheated them. As far as I can remember, eBay dragged someone to court for cookie stuffing but that guy stole huge $ from them.

That's an interesting question. I know that making a physical fake ID is illegal, so I don't know if that law could encompass you creating a fake digital ID for nefarious purposes.

Obviously, modifying it for comedic or privacy reasons would be legal so who knows.

Here is someone else asking the same question.

no ones gonna come after ya kid, thinking so is just laughable.

they only go after $1 million + Fraud even then resources are limited

I guess he is asking about stealth affiliate accounts, not stealth PayPal :)

Thank you very much for this information!
In fact i'm 16 years old and i search many ways to earn money since 2 years and since 6 month i work with MaxBounty but I don't make more than $200 a month (MaxBounty doesn't ask I.D)...
In a affiliate network I found some very important crypto offers that paid up to $25 to the CPL and I looked if other cpa network had one of those offers that paid to those takers and I found none that didn't ask for an ID card.

Suppose the fake ID is accepted by the cpa network, even if i withdraw by wire (In my country you can have a bank account from 16 years old), I won't have any problems?

Do you really think it wise to use fake IDs?

You risk issues with your government taxing agency and you risk issues with the CPA network finding out and holding all your "earnings".

Is the risk/reward there?

Will the cpa network send payment to "another person"? The name registered at the cpa is not the same as bank details. Two different persons.

Read their TOS.
