It's pointless to order anything from them. I order more than 1.5M views and 60% dropped. I wasn't angry about drops because that always happens because of the drop but because I paid extra to have 30 days refill but they never care to refile those drops.
Support reply everytime with the same: I waiting for Boss. I message Boss.
So if you don't mind to lost 60% views and have no guarantee even if you pay more.

here should be recorded that, and if there are many complaints then close the thread,
do not remove them or it seems that this panel is good ajajaja,

I purchased their services for facebook fan likes about every month for the last 4 months now and the service was pretty reliable. However, the last couple of times their service has had problems. I purchased 10K facebook fan likes and it never got started. A week later they refunded me after I told them, which was cool. So I ordered again (the same amount) and about 90% delivered were dropped.
I emailed their support for a refill abut 8 days ago (they have a guarantee) and they said they'd check on it -- and now nothing. I have tried my best to contact them again (support tickets, pm's, etc.), but again, nothing. I am not sure what's going on -- but they are definitely having issues because they typically answer support problems rather quickly. I'm not here to bash their services, because for the majority I have used them, they were quite good. However, in current light of the situation, I wouldn't recommend anyone using them for anything just yet until they start fixing their issues (whatever they are.)
I hope they fix the problem, because they were an outstanding service on BHW. I just hate it when support goes dark for services whenever issues arise. Regardless, I'm sure they will fix the problems -- but still, I believe people should hold off ordering for now until they fix the problems they might be having.

My order has not started and he's not refunding. If I wait for sometime and he doesn't fix this, I'll open a shitlist
UPDATE: I was finally refunded. Look, basically this is what EVERYONE signs up for. Services can work and sometimes they don't... but what makes a service better than others is how they provide customer service and communication. This service has a decent record for communication during my history with them, so I cannot judge them solely on this last incident for it taking so long and lack of communication. But being refunded also means they jacked up the newer price to nearly 4X its cost, so I cannot get the same number of likes as I did before... which sucks for me. But again, this is NORMAL for nearly every service out there. I will still recommend them even though I had problems with the likes because they did refund me and they did actually get back to me and apologize. Just know ahead of time, this is what you sign up for -- sometimes they work and sometimes things get ugly. It' always a constant battle with social media networks.
