Do you all use f.lux?

Hey, can anyone using it say how the program is? Is it good for the eyes?

I just installed it and it automatically put a light low color on my screen as its around 10:30 pm at night here.

I use it every day, cannot use my screen without it now. It's really good and so used to it. I have it set up automatically so it does its adjustments for me and I chose custom colours that worked best for my eyes. I recommend it if you are using your computer a lot.

Good for eyes but too many downsides to be worth it.
Makes you squint to see and distorts all colors

i used to use it until i god bored with the yellow screen so i just keep exiting when it opens on startup

I think it's ok, help me to feel sleepy some nights.

The yellowish screen at night time makes me not wanna use it

I use the feature Night Time available in Win 10, I think it's the same like f.lux

I used it for a while and now I'm just using "Windows Night Mode"
