He brought 10 Facebook accounts from me. He want to add accounts on multilogin app. After i add accounts on app and gave him accounts sheet he said he pay but its 17 days passed and he didn't pay.
He didn't reply my PM and skype ping.

yeah i asked for invoice because everything was fine , but as soon after few hours when i logged in the accounts all got logged out and some were blocked also and i had already wasted my money on proxies.

The onus is on you to show some proof that you told him the accounts were no good. More than once you told him to invoice you and that you would pay him. I have not seen any conversation that you had with him, up until this thread was opened, that you were dissatisfied.
