We're not concerned about how much or how little $20 or $200 or $2k means to you, what concerns us is how shoddy you are treating people, not paying invoices on time and your general business practice. Arrogance in business doesn't impress people at all, if anything it loses people business.

About 25 years ago I went with my now ex-wife to view a holiday home in Malta, there were 2 types, a regular and a superior style of home, the second had better fitting, 3 bedrooms all ensuite etc. Me being the laid back guy I was turned up in flipflops, shorts and a t-shirt, the snotty sales guy didn't want to show the more expensive place as his words were ' it's probably more than your budget'.
So when I sat down and pulled out my wallet with 4 platinum credit cards and said, " how about I buy both and pay you now.... Oh actually forget this, I'll go view somewhere different"

His sales manager and director of sales came out as we were leaving, begging us to come back and view.....

Moral of the story, would I ever buy from you ? Absolutely not!
