Hi, The best thing while creating anchor texts is to have diversity in the links. You need to build links with exact keywords, LSI's or partial links, or naked URLs.

If you see wikipedia - they have a ton of d o follow backlinks for their internal backlinking profile, and based on this data, it helps the search engine to provide relevant information to site visitors.

Well if you do find a side-effect, you can perhaps try setting a ratio for your internal linking profile instead.
