Why do my 2 jarvee instagram accounts always ask for email verification after 1 day? They are on super low setting really slow but yet everyday i see email verification and it stops following....

By any chance are you using rotating ip's?

Since its just 2 accounts I was told you can have 3 on the same ip and its safe so i am not using any ip apart from my own.

Do you have any link the bio? If yes, remove that for a while. Try removing the whole bio too. Login with them using just your smartphone and perform some normal actions. Then try after few hours (do the email verification before everything else tho).
