If you care and notice I've been absent for the past week, I've spent that time exploring the Southwest US a bit. Flew into Las Vegas and checked out the Strip and Fremont Street, then took a rental car to southern Utah and northern Arizona to visit:
  • The Valley of Fire
  • Zion National Park
  • Bryce Canyon National Park
  • Coral Pink Sand Dunes
  • North Rim (Grand Canyon)
It was absolutely breathtaking. Definitely rivaled the sheer wonder of Iceland (minus the waterfalls).

The absolutely unreal view from Bright Angel Point at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon (this part of the canyon opened the day before we got there for the season).

The view coming down from the North Rim.

12/10, would recommend.

Awesome Man!!
Where can I buy the gopro video?:)

My mom lives in Santa Fe and I love the drive over to Flagstaff. It's good to get away from this IM stuff every once and a while.

Man, the entire time, especially as we were doing the Narrows, I was thinking "I should've gotten a GoPro for this". So many things on that trip could not be quantified by still images alone.

Including Fremont Street... that was something else entirely. We went to the Heart Attack Grill and I didn't finish my food, so the waitress beat the shit out of me before we left.

nature is all fun and beautiful until you come across a dead end with hungry wolves or @Neon

Wow those look incredible! Especially the ones where you were knee deep in water under the cliffs! Damn you could make a niche of this :3

Awesome pics sir, me sure they are all photoshopped but who care dear

All amazing photos. The one that you captioned “Unreal scenery in the Narrows.” with the cliff face and the trees - just looks breathtaking. Amazing. Bet you had a great time there?

Is that Mr. Hoover I see?

I only recently came back to BHW and was wondering where you went. How's things? Name change caught me off guard :)
