It is understandable but a little confusing because it says "this article is a good read" and the translation is saying it like "This article is a good book to read" - But it is understandable, so no worries

The Dutch part is definitely a machine translation imho.
I suggest:
"Dit artikel is prima leesvoer over het verliezen van die lastige kilo's. Je hoeft geen eindeloze uren in de gym door te brengen. Met oefeningen die je thuis doet en een gebalanceerd en gezond dieet bereik je hetzelfde resultaat, maar regelmaat is hiervoor wel een voorwaarde. "

It is understandable, the last two sentences are pretty good. The first sentence is clearly wrong. The part "this article is a good read" is translated wrong, as "this article is a good book", which clearly is not meant. Stubborn weight is also translated wrong, since koppig gewicht is not correct. It should be 'lastige' or 'hardnekkige' kilo's.

Up to this day there are no machine translations up to par with correct and clear human writing.

Sorry, for the german version ( even the correction from Heiko ) still sound like translated by google. The word „leserartikel“ is quite uncommen and also you wouldn‘t speak from hartnäckigen Gewicht instead from hartnäckigen Kilos (because Gewicht is the sum of your pounds/kilos).
Guess AI will need a lot of Time to translate unrecognizeable to the reader...
