bro I need 16gb ram to run after effect ! but I think that I can't because you don't have graphic card
can you confirm this ?
if I can I will order the 16gb ram xeon

Indeed, i do confirm that for the GPU you do need a dedicated server with sandy bridge for instance or better. No way yet to pass a virtual GPU from a physical one on our virtualization system.
In which case, if you opt for one you would also need the windows license.
You can add me on skype to see whether we can work something out for you. Skype ID: host-stage

the bandwith is 2mo/s !!

Oh that's not quite possible.
We have alerts on our end if the bandwidth is being reached at maximum capacity which isn't the case as per our bandwidth set up.
Here is how bandwidth work:

You may have noticed a 10 GBPS network card in the Windows VPS specification which is on the host node. It is there so we can allocate more than 1 GBPS per server. Now our routers are still running with 1 GBPS for now but they shall upgraded soon. Yet, it allows us to allocate 1 GBPS per IP subnet so there is actually more than 1 GBPS per node since we use more than 1 subnet.

Now a little theory about the bandwidth.
You mentioned the metrics mo/s which means that you monitored a download. First your unit, implies that you need to divide by 8 the mbps. Second it is likely to be in download so the remote server can also be responsible for the speed as it is the sender of the data.

Finally, the bandwidth of let's say 100 mo/s isn't effective on the whole planet, it works on a close server with a low ping latency since the packets need times to travel through the globe.
So for a server in US having 100 mo/s in the US, will not have 100 mo/s in South Africa, it would have far less (probably around 3 mo/sec)

Now, if you do think it isn't about either scenario I just explained, open a support ticket and we will have your IP replaced so you can benefit from another subnet bandwidth. Your files / data would remain the exact same of course.

I ordered their biggest VPS for SEO tools and although having a rocky start, the support is very polite and helpful along being online all the day.

The VPS performance is very good.

Thanks Marc :)

Been following this thread for a while now and I feel like I'm ready to order a hosting plan.
However, I am being asked for a Domain EPP Code.. which I don't understand, as my intention is to update my name servers with you folks once the hosting is in place.
I have no intention of transferring the registra from namecheap to you.. so why require the EPP code when the option selected is "will update nameservers on an existing domain" etc?

My understanding of EPP Codes is they should only be requested if domain registration is being transferred to another registra etc.

Care to please clarify

Thanks in advance for your feedback

Kindly disregard my previous post.. the pages I was accessing were being cached, for some reason.

I note the coupon code on your sales letter is expired.. would you happen to have another coupon code for BHW members?

Thanks in advance

Actually, I was checking it out for you :).
Indeed, if you check change nameservers later, you'll not have to put your EPP code.

For the coupon, it is exclusively working for the Windows VPS.

Our shared web hosting thread shall opened soon.

But here you go, the best coupon currently available for shared web hosting: 60HOSTINGOFF

It will give you 60% Off the first month.

As you can tell, the 25WINBHWOFF Discount Code is for Win VPS NOT working!!

Care to please resolve this?

Is this discount for the first month only, or for the life of the subscription?

Thanks

My apologies. I didn't understand the product you were trying to order.
The coupon code is 20WINBHWOFF and it will give you 20% on your first month.

The 25% was a few years ago and the plans were a bit more expensive than they are currently.

However, there is another matter I see on your screenshot.
You seem to have selected the VPS Set up. Please note it is a facultative option and you may purchase it later on if really needed.

Upon payment, you'll receive all the steps detailed to your email and it is rather straight forward to do which may make you save $5.
Your Windows VPS can be up within the next 15 minutes following your payment.

If the steps are confusing we will be at your disposal to set it up for you.

For the life of Me, can't get your discount codes to work.. either for the Windows VPS or the IM Shared Hosting!
What are the 20WINBHWOFF and 60HOSTINGOFF discount codes for, Just curious?
I've tried both codes for over 48 hours.. your site also caches IP addresses without the option to empty cart and add different options.
So, each time I attempt to add a different hosting package, it's seen as adding more options to the cart!

Kindly advise.

THanks

It will be a pleasure to answer your questions.
You may find the answer below. I assume you are referring to our shared web hosting services.

- Yes, we use litespeed web server
- We Use SSD NVMe in RAID 1 on the French Location and the Candian one. Regular SSD for the others location, but in Nederlands we are using a RAID HW 10 SAS 15k array. (you can choose the location upon order).
- We don't use mix drives.
- Yes, we use Cloudlinux OS 7
- We use MySQL and we are about to upgrade to MySQL 5.7. We attended a MySQL conference a few years back and MySQL 5.7 will be actually just as good if not better than MariaDB. And Better for MySQL replication.
- You can choose the PHP version and we have just released PHP 7.2 (PHP 7.0, and PHP 7.1 available)
- The RAM / CPU limit depends of of the plans you are choosing. You may review the resources allocations from the link below:

https://www.host-stage.net/shared-web-hosting/
- Same as above for the I/O limit
- We use LSAPI
- 1 GBPS network speed on all shared servers.

Glad to hear so :). I see another VPS, glad to see it ;)

Hi, since my top priority is speed, so what's the location with best set up for optimal speed? Is your Netherlands location pure ssd raid 10? Also do you have a cloudflare addon or can you help setting it up? I am encountering some errors when setting cloudflare and I can't afford long downtimes that's why I decided not to use it for the meantime.

have you upgraded already to MySQL 5.7?
