i just came across a thread earlier saying a guy got a message from attorney(might be a fake id lol but still)....so my questions is - I haven't tried it myself but are there any risks in promoting game niches/hack niches/ buiding websites based on other's niches and ranking those etc?

Dude, that's a fake ID and a trash DM and will ultimately try to extort money from you. Couple of days ago a guy posted an SS of facebook demanding $20k for unbanning his account. I said Mark is the 5 richest man in the planet and they make waaaay more than $20k usd within an hour or maybe in 5 mins lol. To them $20k is puny.

So, in the IM world, you will see such threat messages and DMs and its best that you ignore and block such contacts.
